Animal Art
Make memories watching one of our animal artists create a painted souvenir canvas
The Zoo has lots of talented animal artists who can create a one-of-a-kind work of art just for you! This special experience accommodates up to 4 participants to watch one of our animal artists create a personalized painting just for you. Participants must be at least 6 years old* and children under 14 must be accompanied by a paid adult.
*The age minimum for Orangutan Art is 12 years old.
* Some Animal Art experiences may include stairs, uneven terrain or small spaces. If someone in the group has a special need or mobility issue, please contact us before registering to discuss accessibility.
Dolphin Art
Available in January, February & November
What:
Guests receive one 11×14″ wood-framed canvas

Elephant Art
What:
Guests have the option of one 16×20″ canvas, two medium 11×14″ canvases, or four 8×10″ canvases (all wood-framed)

Orangutan Art

Guests receive one 11×14″ canvas board

Penguin Art

Guests receive one 16×20″ sheet from a canvas pad

Rhino Art
What:

Cancellation Policy
We require 10 days’ advanced notice for any refunds or rescheduling requests for Animal Art.
No requests for changes or refunds will be honored after this time. If you do not attend on your scheduled date or cancel within the required time frame of your Educational Program date, no refunds will be issued. Please read program details and requirements closely before signing up to ensure all participating members of your party meet any age or height requirements.
If the Zoo must cancel a program due to low registration, animal well-being or weather, you will be notified by phone and sent an email. You will have 14 days from that notification to reschedule your event to a future date. If you do not reach out to reschedule within this period, you will be issued a refund and are welcome to rebook on your own at a time convenient for you.
