Digital Membership Card
The Indianapolis Zoo is excited to announce we now have digital membership cards! Please follow the instructions below to download your digital membership card to your phone.
You will get the most from your membership by downloading the eMembership Card app to your smartphone.
How to Access Membership Card:
- Download the eMembership Card app.
- Search for “Indianapolis Zoo” tile and touch Find My Membership Cards.
- Enter your 14-digit membership # and the last name of the primary member on your membership card.
You can also download your digital membership card directly to the Wallet on your smartphone by clicking here. If you would like a physical membership card, you can pay $5 to cover processing and shipping fees.
- Receive a 20 percent discount in the gift shop.
- Receive a free matte with full-color options & free add-on embellishment at any caricature location.
- Two premium face paints for $34.
- $34 for two embellished Henna designs.
- Free Indianapolis Zoo keychain with purchase of Zoo photo at photo stand.
- Receive an additional $2 off a 10-ticket ride package.
4-6pm at Entrance Gate
- Receive your exclusive members-only collectible pin (one per family).
- Join the Members-only Adventure Challenge for a chance to win a tortoise VIP experience.
- Receive exclusive discounts throughout the Zoo, including 10% off at the gift shop and $2 off the 10-ticket ride and feed package.
