We want you to enjoy a safe & fun Zoo visit
Welcome Back!

Here are some things to know before your visit:

  • All members and guests must obtain a timed-entry ticket in advance through our online reservation system. Tickets are free for members, just enter your membership details during checkout. The timed ticket is for your entry into the Zoo. Once you’ve arrived at your reserved time, you’re free to enjoy the Zoo at your own pace.
  • Everyone in the group, including children under age 2, will need a timed-entry ticket. Members must reserve a spot ahead of time for any guests included in their memberships – we are not able to accommodate additional discount ticket purchases for members at this time.
  • In following Mayor Joe Hogsett’s guidelines, beginning July 9, members must have a mask with them upon entering the Zoo. Visitors are required to wear a face covering to enter all buildings including restrooms. In addition, the Zoo will require masks to enter the aviaries, participate in interactions at Tembo Camp, Giraffe Feeds, Flamingo Feeds and Flamingo Mingle as social distancing is not possible at these activities. Masks are required to be worn in outdoor areas where social distancing of 6 feet is not possible.
  • Guests are urged to take their temperatures and perform health checks on their entire party before coming to the Zoo. If a guest exhibits any flu/cold-like symptoms or has a temperature of 100.4 or above, we request they remain at home.
  • All transactions at the Zoo are cashless.

Read all the reopening guidelines here to keep us all safe and healthy.

Membership Extension

You won’t lose any time on your year of adventure – all memberships that were active as of March 17, 2020, will be automatically extended for the number of days the Zoo is closed. That date adjustment will be processed after we reopen – you don’t need to do anything. We are grateful for your support – thank you!
