The Indianapolis Zoo offers an incredible atmosphere for your guests to dine with dolphins and pet sharks, plus wander gardens, among other unique experiences. Here are a few more perks to hosting an event at the Zoo:
Your guests will love having a private 20-minute dolphin presentation just for your group. Available after the Zoo closes to the public. Seats up to 1,350 people.
Add an animal encounter to your event. Ask about options and availability with your Zoo Sales Representative.
A truly one-of-a-kind piece of artwork can be completed in advance by one of our animal artists in the colors of your choice. Makes a great incentive or raffle item.
Seasonally, one ticket is required to feed the birds, flamingos or a giraffe presented by Meijer. Tickets are also valid for any of the Zoo rides, including the Train, Carousel, Kombo Coaster and Skyline. Ride and feed packages are pre-paid and non-refundable.
Items to avoid to protect our animals and plants: no balloons, open-flame candles, glitter, confetti, live animals, stickers or noisemakers are permitted at any event.
Giveaway items are subject to approval at least one week in advance.
To ensure that everything is in its right place, setup and tear-down is allowed for 1-2 hours before and after each facility rental, depending on availability and type of event.

Admission tickets are required for all facilities during regular Zoo hours, except for events located at the Hulman Riverhouse and Polly H. Hix Institute for Research and Conservation.
To ensure the health of our guests, animals and staff, the entire Zoo campus is smoke-free and tobacco-free. This includes e-cigarettes.
