FEMALES USUALLY LAY TWO EGGS IN A NEST MADE OF TWIGS.

These birds are well known for the bullseye-like markings on the inside of their mouths. The Crested Coua originates from the forests, savannas, and brushlands of Madagascar, Africa. These birds live an average of 15 years and grow to be 18 to 24 inches long.
