Digital Membership Card
The Indianapolis Zoo is excited to announce we now have digital membership cards! Please follow the instructions below to download your digital membership card to your phone.
You will get the most from your membership by downloading the eMembership Card app to your smartphone.
How to Access Membership Card:
- Download the eMembership Card app.
- Search for “Indianapolis Zoo” tile and touch Find My Membership Cards.
- Enter your 14-digit membership # and the last name of the primary member on your membership card.
You can also download your digital membership card directly to the Wallet on your smartphone by clicking here. If you would like a physical membership card, you can pay $5 to cover processing and shipping fees.

Drop by the Teddy Bear Clinic anytime between 9:30-11:30am to:
• Learn how the Zoo team cares for the animals.
• Discover tips for taking care of your plush animal.
• Receive a Certificate of Beary Good Health from a Zoo vet for your plush animal.
