Wild Wonders Early Learning Program!

10am-11:30am

Come explore, discover and imagine with your young child! In this 90-minute program, children ages 3-5 and an adult will explore the world around them and learn together. Play-based activities will help develop your child’s sense of wonder and understanding of the natural world.

2026 Program themes and dates:

Penguins – Jan 15 or 17
Deserts – Jan 29 or 31
Sea Creatures – Feb 12 or 14
Dolphins – Feb 26 or 28
Apes – Mar 12 or 14
Flowers, Bugs & Butterflies – Mar 19 or 21

Cost:

Zoo members: $22.50 – includes one child and one adult

Nonmembers: $35 – includes one child and one adult and Zoo admission for both

One additional adult may be added: Members: $5 Nonmembers: $15. If you would like to add an additional adult to your Wild Wonders experience, please email [email protected] with your confirmation number.

Christmas at the Zoo Holiday Edition Wild Wonders

The program features a holiday story, and animal visitor, engaging activities, and a visit to meet Santa.

When: Dec. 4 or 11 at 2:00pm or 3:15pm

Cost (includes one youth and one adult):

Members – $32.50
Nonmembers – $45
Additional adults (limit one per program) – $5 (members) , $15 (nonmembers)

Nocturnal Adventures Family Program

Come Spend the Night At The Zoo!

Join us for a fun evening exploring the Zoo! All Nocturnal Adventures include hands-on activities, a Zoo walk, and a special behind-the-scenes tour to learn more about how we care for our animals. After breakfast in the morning, the group will meet one of our ambassador animals.
