All Indianapolis Zoo membership cards and associated privileges are non-refundable and non-transferable. Members may not transfer, assign, sell or otherwise market their membership and associated privileges in any way. Any member found to be in violation of these rules will have their membership privileges terminated immediately, without any refund, at the Indianapolis Zoo’s sole discretion.
Digital Membership Card
The Indianapolis Zoo is excited to announce we now have digital membership cards! Please follow the instructions below to download your digital membership card to your phone.
You will get the most from your membership by downloading the eMembership Card app to your smartphone.
How to Access Membership Card:
- Download the eMembership Card app.
- Search for “Indianapolis Zoo” tile and touch Find My Membership Cards.
- Enter your 14-digit membership # and the last name of the primary member on your membership card.
You can also download your digital membership card directly to the Wallet on your smartphone by CLICKING HERE. If you would like a physical membership card, you can pay $5 to cover processing and shipping fees.
