Dine With The Dolphins

Begin the evening with an exclusive dolphin experience led by our expert trainers, featuring up-close views and behind-the-scenes storytelling you won’t experience during regular Zoo hours. As a bonus, guests will be among the first to see the Zoo’s new dolphins before they debut on exhibit to the public.

Enhance your experience by giving back to the dolphins. Choose from five optional donation tiers ($25–$550), each supporting a unique enrichment item for their care. If you select a tier, our team will do their best to incorporate that item into your experience that evening. While we can’t guarantee participation—our dolphins lead the way—we’ll follow up with a photo if your item isn’t used during your visit.

After the experience, enjoy cocktails and a candlelit dinner in the Ascension St. Vincent Dolphin Pavilion—an intimate, after-hours setting. One complimentary drink is included for each guest.

With limited seating, private tables and rare access to both the dolphins and their space, Dine with the Dolphins is a refined night of connection, discovery and wonder.
