BUDGIES ARE EXTREMELY SOCIAL BIRDS. THEY CAN LIVE IN GROUPS OF UP TO THOUSANDS!

These beautiful birds originate from Australia’s deserts, scrublands and woodlands. They are often a mix of colorful shades of blue, green and yellow. Budgies are members of the parrot family and, like other parrots, are zygodactyl. This means they have two toes facing forward and two toes facing back, making it easier for them to grip branches.
