July 28 • Registration at 11am • Shotgun start at Noon
Nearly 150 golf enthusiasts will hit the links on Monday, July 28, to raise funds for the Indianapolis Zoo's 250 animal species and 2,000 plant species. This year's Golfari will take place at The Country Club of Indianapolis. With its elegant layout, gorgeous mature trees, and hilly 18- hole course, it is always a beautiful place to play a round of golf!
All participants will experience a great day of golf, catered lunch, delicious hors d'oeuvres as well as food and beverages along the course, from salty and sweet snacks from Frito Lay to Nicey Frozen Treats, and cool beverages from Coca Cola, Glazers and Sun King Brewing Company. There are also "zoo-nique" awards and prizes along with an exciting live auction to end the evening. You won't want to miss this!
All of the proceeds raised at Golfari benefit the Indianapolis Zoo and its conservation mission. Golfari is held annually in July and is always a great opportunity to combine a day of golfing pleasure with the satisfaction of helping conserve Earth's endangered plants and animals. Last year's event raised more than $92,000 to support the Zoo's mission and programs!
