How to Support
the Indianapolis Zoo
The Indianapolis Zoo empowers people and communities, both
locally and globally, to advance animal conservation. The
Zoo is a world-renowned facility and the first to
be accredited as a zoo, an aquarium, and a botanical garden. It
is home to more than 2,000 animals, including many species that
are threatened or endangered.
The Indianapolis Zoo does not receive any direct public
support and is dependent on the generosity of its donors.
The Zoo relies on donors who make unrestricted
gifts that support the operations of the Zoo and White River
Gardens. All levels of giving — from the Lowell Nussbaum Society
to Animal Amigo gifts — make a difference. Learn more about
your
footprint and see how your generosity makes an
impact.
Consider making a gift to help with our conservation,
research, exhibition, and education efforts.
